How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Each system is hand-built and undergoes rigorous stress testing. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, depending on component availability and current order volume.
Do you offer a warranty on your gaming PCs?
Yes, every Build Redux system is backed by a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty to ensure your hardware remains protected against defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all systems. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the system must be returned in its original packaging.
Can I upgrade my components after the order is placed?
Changes can be made if the build process hasn't started yet. Once our technicians begin assembly, we are unable to swap components, but you can always upgrade your parts manually in the future without voiding your labor warranty.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and import duties vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
